The topic of my speech today is“Being a Good Listener”.
今天我演講的題目是“做一個好聽衆”。
Good listening can always show respect,promote understanding,and improve interpersonal relationship.
善於傾聽，能表現出尊重，增進理解，增進人際關係。
Many people suggest that parents should listen more to their children,so they will understand them better,and find it easy to narrow the generation gap;teachers should listen more to their students,then they can meet their needs better,and place themselves in a good relationship with their students;students should listen more to their classmates,thus they will help and learn from each other,and a friendship is likely to be formed.
許多人認爲父母應該多聽他們的孩子，這樣他們就會更好地理解他們，並發現很容易縮小代溝；教師應該多聽他們的學生，然後他們可以滿足他們的需要更好，並把自己在一個良好的關係，學生，學生應該多聽他們的同學，從而他們將幫助和相互學習，和友誼可能會形成。
What I want to stress is that each of us should listen to your respect and never stop others till they finish their talk;show you are interested by a supportive silence or a knowing smile;be open-minded to different opinions even though you don’t like a word,good listening can really enable us to get closer to each other.
我想強調的是，我們每個人都應該聽從別人的要求。表現出你的尊重，從不停止別人的談話，表明你對一個支持性的沉默或是一個微笑的微笑很感興趣；對不同意見的人持開放態度，即使你不喜歡他們。用一個詞，好的聽力可以使我們彼此接近。
